I needed some gutter service after the storm in early OctoberI called Sun Coast on Tuesday afternoonI explained to a receptionist my request and gave my contact info I was assured that I would get a call back the next dayDidn't happenI called again on Thursday and was told I would be called right backDidn't happenOn Friday, I sent an email to the company asking for at least a calk backLate that afternoon I did get a callWas told that the company had tried to reach meWas promised that I would get a call first thing Monday to let me know when Sun Coast would be in my area to check out my guttersNever happenedI have since had a different company come out, give estimate, and do workI would NEVER recommend Sun Coast Gutters

I explained to a receptionist my request and gave my contact info I was assured that I would get a call back the next day. Didn't happen. I called again on Thursday and was told I would be called right back. Didn't happen. On Friday, I sent an email to the company asking for at least a calk back. Late that afternoon I did get a call. Was told that the company had tried to reach me. Was promised that I would get a call first thing Monday to let me know when Sun Coast would be in my area to check out my gutters. Never happened. I have since had a different company come out, give estimate, and do work. I would NEVER recommend Sun Coast Gutters
