I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I called the phone number provided on the response three times in the past three days and left voicemails each time. They have not called me back. Additionally, [redacted] and I have been in contact months ago when he promised he would make payment - he knew this was outstanding through my conversations with him, and he was sent to collections as well.

Review: Service was requested by Bluebill Electric at their customer location. Discovery Designs went to the customer location and serviced and installed a controller. Bluebill was invoiced for this service and part, and after numerous attempts to collect payment, were sent to collections. Collections efforts failed, although [redacted], the owner of Bluebill, promised to pay.Desired Settlement: We would like payment for our invoices, or for this issue to be noted on their Revdex.com rating for future vendors.
