This company does not stand behind their resurfacing of pools and has left our leakingTheir weekly technicians do not show up consistentlyCalls are not answeredWe paid a year up front and as soon as that year was up we did not renew to say the leastNow we have ha to pay another pool company to repair the leak Blue Water did not correct

I had blue water pool technician come out to my house to fix my hot tubAfter three months of them coming out, and the endless days of waiting for appointments my spa is still brokenI spent $of service, just to hear from them it was an electrical problemThey never answer their phones and you wait forever to have them come out Finally, I had a real Spa Tech, and he came out and found the problem in two minutesBlue water pool had rewired everything incorrectly and their technicians are not trained properlyI would not recommend using this company for nothingThey never made an attempted to send someone else or even credit my moneyI wish I would of paid with a credit card, I would of been better protected

I had my pool built with Blue Water Pools recently and I was very satisfied The project manager told me they only build one pool at a time and that my pool would be his main focus, and it was!!!! I was able to text them daily for answers on all of my questions (I had a lot of questions) Their employees were very considerate Overall a great experience!!!!!

We paid a year up front and as soon as that year was up we did not renew to say the least. Now we have ha to pay another pool company to repair the leak Blue Water did not correct.

I had blue water pool technician come out to my house to fix my hot tub. After three months of them coming out, and the endless days of waiting for appointments my spa is still broken. I spent $160.00 of service, just to hear from them it was an electrical problem. They never answer their phones and you wait forever to have them come out.
