I am rejecting this response because:First district health has informed me no inspection ever took place on the systemThey gave a permit to the home owner Kevin Huwe and never went out to inspectThe first district health will be coming out to the house to inspect damages tomorrow(October 25th) at 10AMBlue stone construction has not made any effort with Jim at first district health to contact himThe damages far exceed a "broken pipe"When the report is complete I will send the information to Revdex.com

The current homeowner has not given us sufficient time to deal with the issue.  From my analysis the system requires a simple pipe repair that is not a result of freezing and a final inspection.  There is no reason to believe the system needs replacement.  The system was inspected...

during installation but apparently a final inspection and as built was not completed.  I have contacted the health unit twice and left messages to get an inspection and correct any issues to bring it up to code.  I have not heard back from the health unit but will continue to try contact them.  To date the system has functioned as designed with no downtime to the homeowner so the issue is minor in that it has not affected the performance of the system.
