Blue Steel Contracting

Philip vest is the contractor of blue steel contracting. He is refusing to deliver my metal that has been paid for to Finnish my pole barn. He has been extremely rude and refusing to answer any calls texts or emails. My job should have been Finnish's a month ago but he continued to ignore any communication about finishing my job. All materials have been paid for and I would like them to be delivered so I can at least get the job done.
