They never called and apologized to me, which my daughter and I both had requestedAlso, it is again the Americans with Disabilities Act for them to ask about the nature of my disability or my capabilitiesThey should become more aware of the legalities and train their drivers on the ADA rules, or they might get sued by a disabled person.Sincerely,*** ***

The customer's daughter spoke with our general manager about the situation on 6/17/? The general manager apologized for the inconvenience and promised that the fare would be refunded? The refund was processed on 6/27/(see attachment)? The customer's statement about the lack of
an apology and a refund are not accurate
For the record, we kindly asked the customer if she was able to get into the vehicle with assistance from the driver since there is a wide variance of mobility with passengers in wheelchairs/scooters? This was an attempt to get the customer to their destination quicker? We cannot understand why the customer thought this was discriminating?
