They were excellent to work with. Quality job, on time and on budget for us.
Their job site supervisor went to extra lengths to accommodate us. We will use them again.
Thank you Hugh. I was a pleasure to work for youe HOA once again.

Thank you Sara!
As always, Blue Ridge Exterior Cleaning does a fabulous job! You won't find a better job anywhere else. Staff are courteous and friendly, they show up as scheduled and on time. Our house looks so clean and wonderful and the job is affordable. We highly recommend this firm. We've used them for 3+ years and won't use anyone else for our power washing needs. Thank you, Blue Ridge! We wish more businesses were like you! Sherrie E
This company did a great job on cleaning our house. We will be using them again!
Easy to schedule an appointment, arrived on time on scheduled date, did a TERRIFIC job. Have used three times before, Recomment highly.
We asked Blue Ridge Exterior Cleaning to clean our concrete driveway, patio, sidewalks, front stoop and steps and the soffits of our brick home in Staunton, VA. Robert and Robin showed up on time and spent several hours cleaning. They did an excellent job and were respectful of our extensive garden plants which surround the house. We received this service during the "stay at home" for coronavirus. Robert and Robin were careful to maintain appropriate social distancing. There are several options for payment and we did the credit card over the phone after the service was completed. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend to everyone.
Thank you Mary! It is good to know you were happy with your service. We are blessed to have Robin and Robert.
Gave me a quick and fair estimate. All work done as stated. Took less time than had estimated so actually charged less than original bill.
Thank you Patrick. We appreciate you calling on us again, after a few years to help with keeping your home looking it's best.
Blue Ridge Exterior Cleaning make cleaning the exterior look easy. With excellent cleaning chemicals and excellent equipment they make the exterior look like new.
Thank you Arthur for taking the time to to leave us a review. It was a pleasure to serve you and know that you were pleased with the service we provided.
I hired Blue Ridge Exterior Cleaning LLC to pressure wash the exterior of our house. They quoted $235 for the job and I agreed to that price. The first day they were scheduled to come out they did not show up or call. I called them the next week and rescheduled for another date. They day they came the contractor working on the inside of the house had the water turned off and they were unable to start the job immediately. However, as soon as I was contacted by Blue Ridge Ext Cleaning that there was an issue I spoke with the contractor and we had the water turned on within 10 minutes. (9:26am was the initial email to let me know there was a problem and by 9:36am my contractor texted me to say the water was already on and they had already started. I emailed *** back at 9:41am to let her know they had the water on and the guys had started. The correspondence was friendly and later I received an email saying they were finished and would be back another day to do some touch up work. There was never any mention of additional charges or issues. The email said, "*** just called me and told me that he was finished. However, he did say that he wants to come by when we have another good weather day to touch up some areas near your screened porch that were partially covered by the other workers' tarps today. If I know ahead of time that they are going by I will certainly send you a message letting you know. I will also send you a message if I do not find out until after the fact."
However, six days later I received an email that said, "I was finally able to speak with *** this morning about the work that we did at your home on 2/4/20. He and our Lead Technician, ***, have decided that there is no need for us to come back and do any touch-ups at this time. Additionally, *** asked that I add and $50 charge for the 1 hour of down-time that *** experience when he first arrived and had to trouble-shoot a water source. Under normal circumstances, there would have been 2 technicians at your house, and the charge would have been $100. Since it was just *** that day we are only charging you for half. If you decide that you need us to come back to do a touch-up for you the cost will be $150."
It was a complete surprise because I was never told there would be any charges and they did not have to wait for an hour. The issue was resolved within 10 minutes of them notifying me. If I had been told they would charge to stay and wait for that time while my contractor turned on the water I would not have agreed to it and asked that they go to a different job instead. Instead I was told they would come back again to finish the job to do some touch up work.
The original date we had scheduled the company never showed up or called. It was inconvenient for me to wait for them but I was willing to try them again and reschedule it. However, when they had to wait a little while for the contractor to turn on the water I got a surprise bill of an additional $50 and they said they will charge another $150 to come back and do the touch ups they already said they were going to come back and do to finish the job.
Our technician arrived before 9:00 am on the day of February 4th to complete the House Wash that Ms. hired us to do for her. She received a reminder the night before that we would be there. Our technician arrived to find that there were also contractors working at the property. After prepping to begin the work, our technician discovered that the water was turned off. His first call to me was at 9:01 to advise me of the situation, stating that he would need to go inside to access the shut off valve. I told him that I would contact Ms. to let her know. I called and left a message on her cell phone. The next call from our technician came at 9:20 saying that when he turned the water on it began flowing freely in the basement bathroom so he had to turn it off to prevent any flooding. At this point he had spoken to some of the contractors about the situation and was waiting for the person in charge to return to the job site to help him trouble-shoot. Our technician felt that the situation would be resolved upon his return and he would soon be able to begin working. At this point I attempted to reach Ms. again by phone. When I reached her voicemail for the second time I decided to try and reach her by email. That email was sent at 9:25 and a response was received from Ms. 9:34 stating that she had no idea that the bathroom was not complete, creating an obstacle for our work. At 9:42 the issue was resolved and she and I again communicated through email that our technician was able to begin working, almost an hour after arriving at the site. I received a final call at 10:49 from our technician that the work was complete, and that he wanted to come back at a later date to do some touch-up work, as some of the contractor’s tarps were in the way of his cleaning that day. I sent Ms. a message at 10:56 advising her of this and letting her know of our plan to come back. Days later, after a meeting between myself, the owner and the technician, it was decided that we would need to bill Ms. for the nearly 1 hour of time that our technician was there trying to get the water turned on. I sent Ms. an invoice for the additional $50 on February 10 explaining that had we had two technicians there, as we do for most jobs, it would have cost us more. We discounted this charge, trying to be fair. I also suggested to her that since, by her own admission, the contractors were the reason that it took so much time for us to begin our work that day, that perhaps they could be responsible for this cost that Blue Ridge Exterior Cleaning incurred. She responded that same day acknowledging the inconvenience but disputed the time that *** arrived and was actively working to get the water turned on. We have the phone records that show when he was on site the day of February 4th, when he first called me and the times that I attempted to reach Ms. on her cell phone before I emailed her. If Ms. had called the office, her complaint would not have been necessary. We go out of our way to work with our customers but this work should have never been scheduled by her, since there were so many obstacles. We did nothing wrong but try to get the work completed that she requested, at a much greater cost to us due to the above mentioned items.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and spoke with the owner, ***, by phone. He agreed to drop the $50 charge and said my account now has a $0 balance. I find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

BBEC is always my first call of house cleaning. They use various psi and cleaners for the best job. Always call them first.
Thank you ***! It has been a pleasure to work on your properties over the years and help you keep them clean.
The results were terrific. I still haven't gotten over how great the brick front stoop and stairs look. The roof looks rejuvenated as well. And it was such a relief not to do all my own window washing this spring. That will be a service we return for regularly. Not only was the outcome all I hoped for, it was a pleasure to deal with the company. Excellent communication and updates. I like the way they send electronic estimates. Their customer service is superb.
Thank you for the review. We always strive to give our customers a pleasant experience and a quality job.
