[redacted] had his team came over first and cleaned my roof. They did a great job on 90% of it, but there was a heavier stain that was still there. I called [redacted] and he had his team come out again to treat the stain.

He then followed up by phone & email. I told him that the stain still did not go away on the 2nd attempt, possibly because it rained when they were treating the area. [redacted] came out personally, and fixed it. He said the reason the stain was there was because there was a leak in my gutter, and that rain pounded on that area.

He offered to come back later to put a sealant on my gutter FREE of charge to fix the leak. It doesn't get any better than that. His prices were fair, and in the end, the job got done right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Blue Ridge Roof Cleaning to anyone.

Blue Ridge Roof Cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning our roof, siding, sidewalk, and concrete wrap-around porch. They were even able to clean our motorhome for us. We were extremely pleased with the service they provided, and would highly recommend to others.
