Thank you for contacting Greeneco Builders regarding Ms*** air condition issueWe sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that she has been experiencing with her air conditioning. We were not aware of the problem until we received the complaint from the Revdex.comThe
same day this was brought to our attention, we had the air conditioning company visit Ms*** house for an assessment. A follow up appointment was made for today to address the identified issue. The appointment is ongoing at this time and we will update when the work is complete. Thank you

Dear Revdex.com: Thank you for giving us the opportunity to
respond to this misunderstanding with our customer When *** *** came to Greeneco Builders, Sales Manager *** *** worked with her to identify both the floorplan, options and homesite that would fit with her wants, needs, and budget. The plan *** provided similar square footage as the model but was more affordable. *** intentionally sold her on this floor plan as budget and square footage were key factors in the purchase. He did not falsely add a Realtor to the transaction. There was a mistake made on the original contract signed due to the fact that we use master forms that we update each time we sell a customer a home with their information. Indeed the wrong Realtor was on the sale and the contract was not executed by Greeneco. At time of contract our customers are required to sign the community standard feature sheet that is a complete detail of the included features in the home. It is Greeneco's desire that our customer fully understand the details of the home they are purchasing and take every effort in the contract process to call out such specifications. *** *** contacted Director of Sales *** *** with concerns that her home had not started and she had to be out of her rental home by the end of June. *** explained to her that was not realistic on the timing of the property she was under contract to purchase, however mentioned that we have four homes that would be complete for June move in. *** suggested that she meet with Sales Manager, *** *** to review the inventory and possibly transfer to another Greeneco property in this community. *** informed *** that he would need to set up an appoinment to show *** *** the home. It is always are desire as a company to help the customer through this difficult process of purchasing a new home and customers transferring to other properties occures frequently. *** was entirely sincere in trying to find ways to help her in this transition and suggested we take it step by step. However, per our contract Greeneco does not guarante closing dates for any customers. We can experience delays that are beyond our control as a home buider but our sales team communicates to our customers so that they can make plans regading apartment leases, movers, schools, and much more If a buyer choses to walk away from a home due to construction delays the Earnest Money is non refundable per our Purchase Agreement, and that was the reason given for the cancellation requestHowever, in the case of *** *** *** personally contacted her Loan Officer, *** *** to determine that status of *** *** loan. *** confirmed that *** *** did not have a loan in place and would not be able to close on a home at this time. Upon determining that *** *** did not qualify for a home Greeneco refunded her Earnest Money in full.
