The complainant is claiming the insurance carrier mailed recoverable depreciation funds to our office. Our firm never received any such funds.
While our services do/did not include further involvement in the claim, we did contact the insurance carrier on behalf of the complainant. The insurance carrier re-issued a check which was then provided to the complainant.
The complainant was notified of our efforts and agreed to rescind this baseless accusation. Further, the complainant could have formalized communication with her carrier to re-issue the funds in lieu of making wild boasts and incorrectly assigning blame.
