Review: We were told they would help us in getting a modification of our loan, instead we have paid them in excess of 3400 dollars with no help whatsoever, except to create endless redtape, refaxing and reemailing repeatedly and even insults to our integrity, and added stress during a very stressful time already related to my medical problems. And today told that they can not help us anymore, that we would have to pay another fee to get it resubmitted. We are now in default of our loan, and fear may lose our home because the company doesnt do what they promise.Desired Settlement: I will go thru 1 800 hope to get the manner hopefully get what we need done to preserve our home before it is too late.. He spoke with my disability worker, and claimed I was lying on a letter that was faxed to him directly from my disability company. We feel we should be able to get a full refund and another 1000 to get the paperwork done properly. If necessary that would help us pay our mortgage that we are behind on due to their inability to provide the service they promised.
