Review: I had purchased a 75mm throttle body and egr spacer from blue oval industries on ebay for $168.00! I was shipped 2 egr spacers. when I contacted them they responded with "ship us back the extra egr spacer and we will ship out the throttle body in turn." I get a letter from the manufacturer of the product called professional products with an RMA paper with it to return the product to receive a full refund. so I did just that.I have tried to contact blue oval industries several times via email and have not received a response since the item was returned. I have not received the correct product or my full refund. it has been a month now. I have no parts and they still have my money and they won't return my emails.Desired Settlement: give me my full refund in check!
Talked to a person name John, such a rude and unprofessional individual, he called back and yelled at my receptionist for something that he had messed up on. The company does not have any customer service and they are not going to get my business ever, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PEOPLE.
Review: I purchased an item on eBay from Blue Ovals eBay store. The item cost $34.95, I had to cancel the transaction for personal reasons. The seller (Blue Oval) agreed to cancel the transaction and send me a refund. When I looked at my PayPal account for the refund, I noticed that there was one for $32.95 but not for $34.95. I contacted the company via phone and constantly got hung up on. I got into contact with them via eBay Messages. I had asked them to please refund my extra $2.00 that they neglected to refund. I got the following responses: "Wish you were as diligent with before the purchase as you are trying to screw people out of their time and money. No need to contact us any further.", "I will really be disappointed and ashamed of you if you do not do EVERYTHING on your laundry list, so stop email us and get to work!" as well as "We DID NOTHING wrong. " This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. They have basically stolen my $2.00 and will not refund it.Desired Settlement: I would love my $2.00 back and an apology from the company for being treated like a piece of trash.

It is nice that customers like to embellish their stories (this is me saying it nice). First off the customer never called us nor do we list our phone number on Ebay (they do not allow that or email addresses) Only member to member contact. Customer placed an order and paid for it. We processed the order and boxed it up, invoiced it out and ran ran postage for the box. The customer emails us that he no longer wants the part. As stated in our Return & cancellation policy that is listed in the auction that he bought there is a 15% restocking fee. We did not even take that. We only kept the $2.00 is USPS postage that we can not get back. This is why we put in the auction "Please make sure you need an item before
buying.

I contacted the business numerous times. eBay does give customer info out when there is a complaint. The business is running a corrupt way, they never have told me what the $2.00 extra charge was for. If they had told me what it was for before charging me for it I would have probably been fine with it, however they were sneaky and lied to me. I suggest nobody buy from this business EVER! They are liars and scammers. I will get my funds that I am owed.

Review: I ordered a shifter and a shift ball from this company, They said I would have a tracking number sent to me by 5 pm that day. I never received that tracking number so I proceeded to call the following day around 330 pm. Which is way more then enough time to receive the tracking number. I spoke to john yates on the phone and he proceeded to tell me I sent the tracking number what do you want me to do. I asked john to send me the tracking number again with me on phone so I can make sure I receive it with him on phone. John proceeded to tell me no I already sent it. I got upset on the phone and called him lazy and to do his job. Well john then proceeded to say ill just cancel your order and be done with you. I told him ok refund my cc and be done. He stated that he would do so once he received the item back. Well here it is now a week later and I tracked the package and blue oval has there package back and now im told john is on vacation for a week nothing can be done till he returns. Not only am I out over 220 bucks but they have blocked me from calling and wont respond to my emails about my refund. Only stating that they didn't have to refund my card if I dispute my charge. This company is very unprofessional. I then send a email saying I will negative review them left and right until my money has been returned. Adam then emails me and states that I have used extorsion. Well threatning to show up to there company for my refund and media blast there company name for theft is not that.Desired Settlement: All I want is my refund to my card and that's it. I will never do business with this company again as they are crooks.

Here are the facts of the case. We shipped the customers package the same day bought. UPS # [redacted]. The next day the customer called to complain that he did not receive the tracking number so I offered to give it to him over the phone. The customer did not want the tracking number he only wanted to complain about the fact that he didn’t get the email the day before. We did send it but why he didn’t receive it is irrelevant. I offered to give it to him and he refused to take it. The only thing I knew to do was to stop the package and offer him a refund. Fact: the package has not been delivered back to us as of this message date and time. You can track the package at www.ups.com with the tracking numb above. See screen shot below. John Yates offered me the tracking number while I was driving and stated that was the only way to give me the number. I stated I was driving and e said to bad. I told him to stop neon lazy and resend to me. John then got irate on the phone and said ill just cancel the order. The order has been stopped and is on way back to there facility. But I should not have to wait over a week to even have a refund process started when package is being returned. I sent email stating I would go to there company personally and state to the web negative reviews. Yes I will negative review them all over the web. They have bad customer derive and hundreds of negative reviews about customer service. Bug the fact the refund process takes 10 days to start then another 3-4 days to clear is not right. John Yates never offered me a refund in which John was out of town all week and I can not even call the company as they blocked my cell number. That's a company that has a lot to hide to block someone from calling. I also call from my gf number and they have me run around and block that number to. Every number I have called from they have blocked and have me run around a as I have to wait a week for owner to come back to refund you as your a mad customer so the refund process gets delayed and no one can refund my card. These people don't even know how I ordered as Rey thought it was done online when it was done on phone. My cc needs to be refunded. I also have my cc company calling them asking why it's taking so long as I have a dispute on payment to this company I will not stand for being stolen from
Review: Hello,On June 11, 2014 I purchased on [redacted] a Black Strut Tower brace (Brace) for the engine compartment of my 2009 Mustang V6. Blue Oval Industries the seller advertised that it would fit my vehicle in their [redacted] ad. After several days I noticed a strange vibration coming from the auto. I took it to one service department and they diagnosed as a tune up was needed. So I purchased a tune up from this firm in July 2014. This did not fix the problem. I took it back and the service personnel thought it might be a bad engine mount. I was not satisfied with their answer. On August 6, 2014 I took the auto to the [redacted] Ford in [redacted], Wisconsin. They examined my auto and found that the Brace did not fit in the auto. The mechanic attempted to install it himself and could not install it. The Brace was hitting the hood and the manifold of the auto. The mechanic took the Brace off and I contacted the Seller. The Seller was not helpful at all. I gave them the information and told them the phone number of the mechanic. However they kept saying that I had a supercharged engine. This is completely erroneous. I told them I would get paperwork from the Ford dealership confirming the fact that this Brace did not FIT. In addition, the Seller stated that to much time went by and they are not responsible anymore. I went to two different mechanics and incurred the costs of research and repair. All I want from the Seller is to return the item and get my money back. In addition, this part does not FIT and is not completely put together properly. I am writing you prior to going to court. There I will ask for more than just the part cost.Desired Settlement: I want to return this part and get a refund for my original purchase price.

Mr. [redacted], Did purchase this item on 6/11/14. Mr [redacted] never let us know about a problem until we received a charge back from [redacted] on 8/6/14. (see attachment [redacted]1.jpg). After [redacted] ruled in our favor Mr. [redacted] opened a case with [redacted] on 8/8/14 (see attachment [redacted]2.jpg). We asked customer to provide a picture of this item not fitting on his Mustang because we have never had any issues. Customer claimed there was not even 1" clearance for a brace between engine and hood. (See attachment [redacted]3.jpg) This is our picture of the brace we sell installed on the same year make and model as Mr. [redacted]. Again no issues. We are not the manufacturer of the brace [redacted] is. We contacted them and again they agree brace fits with no problems. We offer a 14 day return policy on [redacted] and it is noted in the auction for the customers to see prior to check out. It also stated that used and modified parts are not returnable. Customer had this product for almost 2 months before notifying us of any issues. We asked customer 4 separate times with [redacted] case to show a picture of the brace on his car and he refused. [redacted] closed the case in our favor also. So now Customer is trying to use Revdex.com to get his way. [redacted] and [redacted] BOTH decided in our favor with all of the facts. In short, just because the tower brace sits on a car when it is not running is worthless. Any mechanic will tell you including the [redacted] Wisconsin Ford
mechanics that the engine moves up and down when running and it is being shifted. The Blue Oval representative is totally customer unfriendly and I am surprised they
are still in business. That is why I stated that a simple picture as requested is useless and I am sure the person responding to this is not A Ford mechanic. I would like to
know what credenitals he or she does have regarding autos in particular Ford Mustang V6? Are you willing to take on a Ford mechanic? In addition, I was willing
to let this go for the price of the part, however they have escalated this to including repair or replacement of my hood and manifold. It could have been much easier to resolve
this at the beginning. In addition, they did not win [redacted] because of some brilliant remarks instead it was due to time. However, I am not under the same handicap for
court action, because I have 2 years. Thanks for letting me respond. [redacted].

We do live in a free capitalist society. The customer is free to do as they please. Again we have done nothing wrong. We not only sell the parts we install them also. We have provided pictures of the part install on his year V6. Customer has not provided any pictures or statements from this Certified Ford Mechanic. We have return policies in place. If we made exceptions to the return policies we would no longer have policies.
I simply ordered an intake from them. I had a hard time getting a tracking number and it took several weeks to recieve. I understand that once and a while
a product will have a problem and I ran into this. I found this while trying to install it and when I contacted the company I was yelled at swore at and blamed for the products problems. I contacted procomp but as I had got it from a third party they couldnt do anything. thats understandable. blue oval industries refused to help me and has lied to ebay saying I was trying to use it in an application that wouldnt fit and it had said specifically it would work. I have now had to pay more money to a local machinest to fix the intake and will never do buisiness with company again. I highly sugjest everyone else doing the same.
BOI Screwed me and shipped me AN EMPTY BOX via UPS and USPO. I spent $120.00 for a black GT rear panel for my stang and GOT AN EMPTY BOX. They did not even have the decency to call or e mail me back and they hid behind e bay . Terrible Customer service DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM .
