In August 2009, we had a boundary survey conducted by Joseph Wright of Blue Marsh Associates to mark the boundaries of a property we purchased two months priorMrWright marked the perimeter of the property with stakes and ribbonsHe also marked where we could place fencing which was our intentAdditionally, he etched the concrete pavement in the front of the property adjacent to our neighbors on each sideWe immediately replaced the wooden stakes that MrWright used with rebarThe rebar that we had placed has not been movedHowever, the concrete etching has faded on one side and the pavement on the other side has since been replaced In June 2016, our neighbor had her property surveyedThe markings that her surveyor provided conflict with the survey that we had done in I contacted MrWright via phone and email to find out whose survey is correct, his or the recent surveyorHe replied that the other surveyor had also contacted him regarding the matter and that he wo
