I reviewed the order from our records. Unfortunately this order was over a month ago and none of the managers on duty that night recall such a vivid complaint. I see we had the wrong address but we get this information from the customer. I have more digging to do. I would like to speak with the customer first. I have not yet talked with him. Ignoring this complaint for moths at a time is not a resolution.Final Business Response We took [redacted]'s order for delivery over the phone. It's our procedure to confirm all delivery information; address, apt., floor, name, and all food details. We made the delivery to the address we had. [redacted] says he gave our order taker his new address. I can't imagine why she would not enter that information. We make address changes for deliveries every day. He had moved and the driver had to call [redacted] to find him. The driver made the delivery to the new address. [redacted] called to tell us the food was made wrong. Our staff has no recollection of his complaint. He told me he ordered his deep dish pizza with a different sauce than what it normally comes with. He would like a refund and I agreed. He will have his refund mailed to his new address.
