I made complaint 4 months ago no screens parking lot super dark at night drug adicts in parking lot because that I have a baby cant open windows no window screens no light in parking lot I have babyDesired Settlementi need screens and lighting in parkin lot.Business Response There are 14 apartments in this townhouse complex and we have only received 1 complaint regarding lack of adequate lighting in the parking area which was from the complainant on Thursday April 2nd, 2015. Friday April 3rd our maintenance supervisor [redacted] personally went to the property and found that one of the light bulbs had burned out. It was replaced and we have not had any complaints or issues since.On Wednesday April 22nd the complainant called in a request for repairs which included cracked steps and screen doors. The steps were repaired but at that time [redacted] was out of stock of the types of screen doors needed for the unit which was explained to them. A few weeks later (May 11th) when the doors were in stock one was purchased and installed for the tenant. There was never any discussion during any of the interactions that some of the screens in the windows were damaged but upon receiving the Revdex.com complaint I had my maintenance supervisor go out to the tenant and see if there were any other issues. We were then notified that there were also some window screens that had been damaged and were in need of repair. [redacted] replaced those the same day and the tenant confirmed that there are no other issues pending.We currently manage 222 residential and commercial rental units and have been in business since 2003. This is the first Revdex.com complaint of this kind that I can recall in the past 12 years since we have a full staff of maintenance people that are always ready to help and even have a 24/7 emergency hotline if needed. If a tenant feels their issues are not being resolved in a timely manner they can always ask to speak to me personally and their issue will always be resolved. We pride ourselves on providing "Quality Housing at Affordable Prices" and hope this resolves the issue with Mr. [redacted].
