We met with the customer and have a scheduled meeting with them on October 13, 2015 and will file a complete response to everything.

In response to [redacted] outrageous remarks about our company let me set the record straight.  The agreement was signed on April 17, 2017 (Agreement enclosed)  After signing or there abouts I told Mr. [redacted] that we hoped to start by mid May weather permitting.  Had to work with sub...

contractor that applies the Eco Finish to pool interior.  Weather as you know was severe again this year causing the delay and start date of June 12th and the pool finish was complete later in day June 15th and water hose was put in pool to start filling that same day as agreement says.  When the pool got full of water, which would haven been by sometime Saturday, we would start-up pool on Monday, balance water and cleaned up any mess as we always do.  The Finks shut the water off, [redacted] called our office on Friday raising hell about the terrible mess and dark spots in pool.  I called Mr. [redacted] and told him we would have a guy out Saturday to pick-up beam and clean up dust around pool deck which we did, and that I would be out on Monday sometime to look at the pool and deal with concerns.  Could not give him a time until Monday morning.  The time was set for 2 pm and both Mr [redacted] and [redacted] were to be there to discuss issues.  Both myself and [redacted] with [redacted] Pool where there, the installer of the Eco Finish, [redacted] left before we got there and did not discuss anything.  Mr. [redacted] said pool was about 22-24 years old there about.  [redacted] said the applied Eco Finish looked like any other pool they have done in that color and when full of water the granite like finish blends together and will look great.  The old fiberglass pool shell did have some gel goat bubbles in finish which is normal for old pool.  Mr. [redacted] was OK with everything except a couple spots at bottom of steps and that's where we left it after our meeting on Monday.  [redacted] filed the outrageous complaint on Monday before we even met and that is probably why she didn't want to be a part of the meeting.  Usually a customer will at least give you a chance to come out look at discuss and work the issues out and come to some solution as we hoped to do on Monday the 1975 2017.  At the present I am hoping to have [redacted] and owner of [redacted] Pool to come out to Finks residence and have one more final meeting with both Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] to try and resolve.  The Finks have paid 35% which was due at start $3,248.00 the 45% of $4,176.00 was due at application of Eco finish and has not been paid and the balance at start-up of $1,856.00 which is not due at this time.  Sincerely, [redacted]  President

Please note in the above referenced file that I did meet with Mr. [redacted], General Manager of Blue Haven Pools on Wednesday August 20, 2014.  Mr. [redacted] agreed that my pool should be repaired under warranty at no expense to us.  He said that he would call me later in the week to schedule appointment to repair pool.  So far, I have heard nothing from either Mr. [redacted] or Blue Haven.  So, do not close out this account as the matter has not yet been resolved.  Thank-you.

I sent a foreman out to investigate a leak, customer had stated that she had a leak in her kitchen, my foreman went onto her roof to check all flashing and shingles and he didn't observe any roofing problems, then went into her attic to see if there was any wet insulation or wet plywood and he...

determined there was no active leak. I, as an owner have to compensate my employees for investigating potential leaks, therefore I have a minimum charge to cover my expenses. Since we originally didn't install this roof for Ms. [redacted], this would not be a free service.In reference to free estimates on my Website, it would be if we were doing an actual roof repair or roof replacement. The [redacted] were informed at the time of purchase as are all clients who purchase heaters, that a larger gas meter is required.This complaint should be directed at the gas provider, as Blue Haven or anyone else is not allowed to do meter changes.[redacted] did call today and cuss out the scheduler as...

Then told my scheduler to go [redacted] herself and hung up.I believe it is resolved now as [redacted] called back, and understands that it is an issue they need to handle with the gas provider. We can not schedule or make any utility changes to a property, only the homeowners are allowed to do that.On a good note, yes we did give her extra decking during construction, we do go over and above to have happy clients.[redacted]

[redacted] I read Peters Roofing reply and I do not accept it.  They state, "In reference to free estimates on  my Website, it would be if we were doing an actual roof repair or roof replacement."  So their definition of a "free estimate" is only if they are  hired to do the work??  That doesn't make sense.  You obtain "free estimates" in order to decide which contractor you want to do the work.  I still stand by my request to have my $75.00 refunded as they advertise "free estimates."  Thank you.
