Blue Haven Pools did a remodel for us and it turned out amazing. We could not have asked for better results. As with any remodel, we had a few hiccups to no fault of blue havens; quite the opposite. They went over and beyond our expectations in accommodating OUR needs. Joe and our project manager A.J. could not have been any more professional and courteous. Even on the weekends, they responded to my questions. We would highly recommend Blue Haven (and A.J.) for your new pool construction or redos. Blue Haven was great to work with from start to finish. They provided the best value during the design and estimate phase and we're willing to work around our new home construction schedule. It has been great fun watching the pool come to life in the final stages with lighting, waterfalls and all the systems working. Our manager, AJ did a great job putting it together on the final stages. Very happy!

From the first meeting with Jeff L everything was upfront discussed and we were advised to do a few thing different than we originally planned. Fortunately we listened. We had 4 companies come out to give us an estimate. Blue Haven was not the highest and not the cheapest. They did not require us to pay upfront which was an important thing for us. Upon signing the contract and moving forward the hand off went from Jeff to the production side. We found Chad to be very thorough and on task, however we would say that Danny made his job easy. There was not a day anyone was at our home doing anything he was not here checking on things. Down to every detail to making sure there were no lunch remnants left around. From the beginning we were made aware of the damage we could incur in our yard which would be our responsibility. We have to say that everyone of their contractors took the time to do whatever they could to minimize that and they were successful. This is the 5th pool I have had built. To say it was the least effort for me would be an understatement. I would highly recommend anyone looking to make this kind of investment to certainly be sure to check these guys out. Professional from start to finish. Every tradesman and their supervisors are skilled professionals that take pride in their work and it shows. The design we could not be happier with and we are looking very forward to many years of family time sitting around our cement pond courtesy of the professional and attentive staff at Blue Haven Pools. Blue Haven Pools not only met but exceeded our expectations.
