Blue Frog Loans

I’ve signed 2 loan documents and they are requesting I sign a third due to a computer issue. How am I approved one minute and when I sign to receive the loan I’m all of a sudden denied! This is a scam please don’t do it! They refuse to let me speak with management and if money starts coming out of my account I’m going to be PISSED! Don’t give them ANY of your information

They gathered my information and never gave me any money,but keep withdrawing large amounts out of my bank account. I’m paying for a loan I never received

I received a letter from ***, *** dated 02/22/2018 account number (will be given when requested) claiming that I had taken out a loan. I have never taking out a loan form this company. This has caused be a lot of grief and emotional stress. I called Blue Frog Loans and asked to speak to someone in the fraud department. They told me I could not since it had been sent to a bill collector. I then called to credit collectors and told them I was disputing the claim and that I needed all paper work associated with this claim. To this day I still have not received anything. I also pulled my credit and nothing on my reports show this account being open. However when ever they call they have my last 4 of my SSN, my email and address. I keep getting call form this credit collector. I need this taken care of and any information that either of these companies have on me destroyed and a letter sent to me stating that this has been done.
