Blue Diamond Limo Service

We had issues with this company from the time they arrived. The Limo Bus that was brought to us broke down and were late to our scheduled destination by over an hour. While we were waiting for the Limo Bus to be fixed, the company offered us a smaller Limo to take our party. We agreed to the replacement because we were stranded and it was too late to find acceptable replacements for transportation. As we waited, I requested from the driver to return the money I paid in full, so we can work out the payment difference when the new Limo arrived. When that happened, we received a text from the owner saying that we had cancelled and she was returning the replacement Limo. We were definitely stranded after that. We called up friends to see if we can get rides to Corona from Murrieta in such a short notice. While that happened, their mechanic arrived and temporarily fixed the Limo Bus. They gave us a portion of our money back due to the inconvenience and we decided to use them after all this heartache. After our party was over, we were picked up in the same Limo Bus, not knowing that the mechanical issue wasn't resolved. We followed the Bus back home, and before we got on the freeway, the Bus broke down again from the same issue. We pulled over and put a "Band-Aid" on the problem hoping that we would make it back. We returned on the rode and made it to the freeway. About a mile into the drive, we were able to smell something weird coming from the Bus right ahead of us. We contacted the owner to have her call her driver to pull over. She drove about another 4 miles before she finally did. She pulled over on the exit of the freeway and our party all ran out of the smoking Bus. The smell was similar to Carbon Monoxide. The whole party ran out and we called the owner to let her know. She offered us another Limo to come pick us up, but by this time, we were afraid to put our party on any vehicle they owned. We ended up calling up friends to come and pick up our party and return us safely back home.
