Blue Crystal Pools

*** *** is nothing more than a common thiefHe took our money, consistently lied to us, and even after a year passed, never finished our poolWe had to get an actual pool company to finish itThis guy is a joke, as is this so called "Company"He has no actual facility or employees, other than the local drug heads that he will tell you didn't show up again for work, so that's why your pool is behind scheduleOur first clue that this was going to be a disaster should have been the hand written contract he initially presented that looked as if it had been written by a 3rd grader with a fat pencilYes, we should have shut it down right then, but we gave *** a chanceThat was a 60,dollar mistakeI assure you, *** will steal from you too

In short, when I needed them they weren't there, nor did they answer the phone I had used Blue Crystal Pools twice before and the first time they did a good job The second time, we asked them to open our pool for us, but oddly, when they left we found about four feet of the liner no longer attached to the slot that holds it in position in the pool We we selling the house so we asked them to re-insert the liner We don't know that it was there fault, and didn't mention that possibility We simply needed the liner reattached at the top They told us that it would be early the next week...then later that week, then the following week Finally, one guy stopped by on his way home and said they would need to boil water, and pour it in the pool to make the vinyl liner supple enough to adjust They would be back in a couple of days They weren't At that point they stopped returning our calls as well Finally, I left a message we'd deal with another company Again, nobody answered or responded
