Customer did not reach or email any customer support to further assist him with his concern. Attached is a proof that there were no emails from him for the said complain. Also, company has a 30 day policy, if no complaints within 30 days upon receive, we considered it as successful purchased.

I do not care to correspond with this business. First of all if they were concerned about customer service they would contact me. I do not care to prove to you by attaching a copy of my emails to them that I actually contacted them.
I have reached out to the financial institute that I used to pay for this product. I HAVE BEEN REIMBURSED. MY credit card company reversed the payment.
THIS SO CALLED COMPANY has 15 days to contact me with a postage paid label so I can return their product; other wise I will throw this useless merchandise in the garbage
Received faulty product, not as described, and attempted to return for refund.
I received an Orthopedic bunion corrector, and it stated in description, fits all feet, and corrects bunions. However, upon receipt, I tried it and it kept coming off my footwould not stay on at all. Didn't work. So I contacted the company, and this was within 30 days, to find out where to return for a full refund. They answered offering to pay me only half the amount : $12.80, (which wasn't half the amount I paid for it). I wanted a full refund of the 25.95, I paid. We exchanged emails back and forth, and they said I had to submit a "Photo" of the product before I could send it back to them. I did as they requested, then by the time they replied, and all emails were exchanged, they refused to refund, saying it was not sent back to them within 30 days, even including California law, saying it had to be returned within 30 days of purchase. They never stated this during any of their emails, even emailing me after 30 days saying to send photo's (leading me to believe if I submit all they asked for, I would receive a full refund). This company is not credible, nor honest, nor do they make useful products that meet what they claim their products do. I only tried on the product once, and tried to return for a refund. Their company stated I could not send back until they approved, and met their requirements, (submit a photo) which I did. They refused to reimburse me the approx. $25.95 I paid, after meeting their requirements.
A full refund for their defective product $25.80. I am more than happy to return their defective product.

We apologize as stated on our website which was agreed by the customer, we only allow 30 days warranty ( Refund Policy link : *** ) . The item was received by the customer last May 30, 2019 via USPS ***
We did not receive any message from the customer after receiving the item ( email or social media ) . As much as we want to refund but it's against our company policy already. The item was overused by the customer already for months.
We apologize we cannot give the refund to the customer.
I contacted the company within 30 days, and by time we went back and forth (they required photos to be sent of their product I purchased), it went by the 30 days. However, they offered only a Percentage of what I paid for the item. I wrote and asked for a full refund. Then they replied, to send the photos, and I did. Not once did they mention in all the back and forth communication, that I only had 30 days to "obtain" the refund. I was trying to get a full refund, and had contacted them within 30 days. But that time expired, and they never once told me about the 30 days until replying at the very end of our communications, that that was why they were denying me a full refund for their completely defective product. Very disappointing. I looked up their company and found they have numerous complaints about this very same type shady business. But they keep escaping anything being done about their defective (does not work like advertised) products, nor how they do business, and change their name/locations often. This is a very bad business taking many peoples money with no requirements over refunds, and bad products. Disappointing.
Amazing customer service and fast shipping! Chose priority shipping and it came within the timeline given. Also excellent quality! Have had my posture corrector for 5 months and it hasn't even torn apart or anything. I can see the difference with my posture. Love it!!!
I LOVE this store!! I bought a posture corrector from them a few months ago, and even though I had a ton of questions regarding shipping, how to use the corrector properly, etc., their customer service team was always so helpful and nice to me. I've purchased a few of their other products since then. :)
I have bought several items from the store. Their customer service was fantastic. I had to return one item because it was defective and I instantly got an email back and with no hassle they said just return it and will send you a new one. I'm happy to say this new one works properly and it was just a defective product. The customer service is amazing
Definitely one of the best helpful Service and products! I have great results upon using their bunion corrector and can actually see my big toe straightening. Excellent customer service! I paid for priority shipping and was worried that I didn't get it soon, however, their support has helped in tracking my package and provided me with the time of arrival. Immediately after I made a purchase through their Facebook at a $180 unauthorized purchase was charged to my credit card.
On 1/12/19 a came across a Facebook ad from Littlestyleshop in regards to a posture corrector. The purchase price was $20 with free shipping and a $5 off promo code which brought my total purchase to $15. On February 12th my credit card was hit for a $182 purchase from selfridges.com. I've never heard of this store but I googled their name and they're located in the UK. I only use my credit card for gas at wawa and I have never had problems with fraud before. It was suspicious to me thag very soon after using my card at LittleStyleShop my card was then used without my knowledge. I commented on one of littlestyleshop's posts alerting them that my card was used after I made my purchase from their site. I then messaged them after no reply and told them that if I find out they fraudulently used my card I would sue them. They deleted my post and blocked me from contacting them. I am almost 100% convinced that littlestyleshop fraudulently used my credit card at selfridges. LittleStyleShop didn't even have the decency to write back, but they removed my post and blocked me. I called TD card services and they told me their was an approved 20 cent purchase from stiens (another store I've never heard of) followed by the $182 purchase from selfridges. Thankfully TD alerted me of possible fraud and the purchase from selfridges was cancelled. TD has cancelled my credit card account and is mailing me a new one which I still haven't received. This has caused a major inconvenience for me.
If found that LittleStyleShop has fraudulently used my credit card, they should be shut down from operating. I would also like $182 for the attempted purchase on my account as well as $200 in damages for not having my credit card while waiting for a new one after TD needed to cancel my card.

I ordered a product from LittleStyleShop through a Facebook advertisement. The product is okay, just okay. However, I barely use my credit card. There were multiple online purchases with my credit card shortly after using it to make my purchase from littlestyleshop. I wrote to littlestyleshop on Facebook and messaged them privately and they blocked me!! Scammers.

I never stated that Little Style Shop billed me multiple times from their website. I'm accusing them of using my credit card to make purchases from another store. I NEVER use my credit card to make online purchases. Right after I made a purchase at Little Style Shop my credit card was hit for $182 at selfridges.com in the UK. When I commented on Little Style Shop's Facebook page with my concerns they DELETED my comment with no reply. Then they BLOCKED me from commenting. Why would a business not guilty of using my credit card information remove my comment and block me? Little Style Shop's reply is inadequate and does not address anything I mentioned.
This is another accusation without any proof. You were blocked because of nonsense statement. Its like giving false information without any proof just to satsify yourself to destroy someones successful company. How can we use your card if we dont have details? Also, why would a successful company bother using your account? In fact, you were the first person who claims your card were used from our company. So, just a tip of advice, make sure to get further investigation first before you suspect or accused someone or a company stealing your card information, thats how a professional person do. It doesnt mean you were blocked because we are guilty. Its because we dont want to sue you or bother someone nonsense statement and waste our time. Thats how professional company does.
Also, please have a proper investigation with selfridges.com. We dont even know or associated with that company, so just to help you out , make a bank dispute and file a report to that company and sue with your lawyer. Because as of this time, ranting and accusing us might take you to a court instead because your barking in a wrong place.
Terrible customer service, no response to emails, phone calls and more emails. Even though I paid for the product, there is silence on the other end now. Wow, Terrible! Still no product and they kept the money.
