Blue Arrow Telematics

Let me preface with saying that I have used two other companies for vehicle tracking. I called Blue Arrow and one of their support staff agents, ***, picked up the phone. I told him Im a straight shooter and I wanted to make this as quick as possible. I started asking questions and he got straight to pricing and the pros/cons of the MULTIPLE types of equipment they offered. He offered to get on a screen share and I asked if he could do it now, he set it up and I was able to live demo exactly what I wanted to see (I am familiar so I told him I didn't want the whole demo as its a really busy day.) He showed me exactly what I wanted and I was able to pick out what suited my company fleet needs. They carried them in stock so I went to their office and picked up seven. Very little paperwork to get me signed up. They didn't need the make/model year or anything, the equipment pulls that automatically. So convenient. The whole process took less than an hour and I am beyond thrilled. I am working with them to get vehicle dash cams as well in my fleet. GREAT COMPANY! Even better- NO CONTRACTS!!!!!! I was amazed. How awesome. It also makes me happy I could support a local small business
