This wasn’t cheap for the size and was missing a little more than a quarter of the bottle. Never again. First and last time buying from here

I ordered and received my order in less than a week . I will be ordering more from this company.

Dismal customer service. Ordered a wheelchair and lap tray and after placing the order was not sure that the lap tray would fit on this particular wheelchair. Emailed their support, and was told they were. "researching it" and would get back to me. My two follow-up e-mails to this one went unanswered. Would have been nice to receive a reply so I could know whether to cancel the lap tray and find another one.

I purchased tp on March 14th from this company. It was supposedly in stock. They advertise in bold letters "1-3 business days average delivery time". As noted by others, the status of my order has been "processing" every time I check it. I've emailed them asking them when my items will be shipped. No response. I emailed them again asking for a refund. No response. I contacted my credit card company and the charge is now in dispute. Wish I had researched the company first:-(

Ordered items from this company, paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. Haven't received an email with tracking info as they promised. Sent 2 emails and not a reply from either one. I can not recommend a company that will not reply and lies to customers. Richard E Williams

I have placed a small order. Their phone number I could use was 1-8554768621 but Telephone not answered is somewhat worrisome; however, considering the blowout price, if I receive the merchandise, all will be forgotten and I will be a loyal customer. We have been customers of Blow Out Medical for two years or more.
I have found them to be very professional. The order is processed in a timely manner. The products are name brand.. Usually when an item is not available
The company notifies and refunds in a timely manner.
My only complaint is, to date, I can not find a working phone number for when I have a question or an urgent order
