Blossman Gas & Appliance

Cancelled service with Youman's in December due to not keeping appointments. Spoke to the new owner (Blossman) in January and told him this we had the tank picked up in Jan, which had 60 gals of propane still spoke to the lady in the office who constantly told me they were changing systems and someone would get back with meI am due a refund for the 60 gals of propane plus the prorated refund from Dec for the tank rental.
My phone only retains 30 days of calls so here is the last 30 days of calls:
2/6 called at 10:34am was told someone would call me back
2/7 - called at 11:34am because NO ONE called me backtold they were changing systems and she would get this info to the manager
2/17 - called at 3:08pm repeated my request to get my refund and was again told it is taking longer than they thought to convert the info into the system
3/2 - called at 9:04am explained again my issue young lady put my on hold came back and said her manager told her to call Mississippi and they could process my refund by weeks end BUT that she would call me right back
3/2 - called at 1:33pm because no one called me right back and was politely told they can't help me it's out of their hands they have given the info to the manager
I want a refund for the 60 gals of propane at the current rate and the prorated prepayment of the tank rental from Dec thru end of contract.
