Hello ***,The details of this complaint simply aren't true and after many threats, were written to interfere in a business sale that took place the very day this was filed. I did sell vintage racks to *** for $that were stored in my shop atticThey were sold personally as they were
never a part of blooming kidsShe explained that her husband wasn't excited about making space for them however and could she store them in my attic for awhilemonths later, I contacted her to pick them up by July 4, as my shop had sold and would close on July She said she just wanted her money backI told her I would help her get them for sale online but if they didn't sell they would need to be movedThey didn't sell and I gave her dates and extended the deadline to July I had to pay to have them removed in the end because she refused to come.*** also had reserved dates (Saturday's) on our event calendar during our prime sales seasonBecause I did not return her money after storing her racks for months, she wanted to cancel the event datesI told her she had paid for and reserved these spots also over months ago and that I could shift the dates if for some reason they did not work but that there was no refunds on event reservations.I had a policy posted about the return policy which I shared with ***She was also asked to contact me through blooming kids onlyShe continued sending threats to my personal phone as late as 10pmI tried to be flexible, kind and professionalShe never showed up to retrieve her items on the dates given and refused to reschedule her events. It is unfortunate that we parted ways in this manner after I spend more than years encouraging her to grow as a business by hosting pop up events for her mostly at no charge as well as allowing her to showcase her products in my shopI have sold blooming kids now and hope that *** will allow the new owner to flourish without further threats.
