I am rejecting this response because:The office number was called and messages left.  The person who answers the phone, IF they answer the phone is very rude.  No return call.  The business was provided with more than one email address, but what would have been even better was to return the call rather than a curt response via email stating that it's not they're problem and rejected to even discuss it.  Communication and responsiveness from this business continue to be an issue.  As an example, we had to request invoices repeatedly.We appreciate the reimbursement of the repairs needed.  The whole issue could have been resolved quickly and more amicably had someone with authority been available and responsive to address it.
