Good till the deal closes
These guys are great while they’re selling you a house but once the deal is closed your on your own. I have filed several warranty claims. NONE have been fixed. There was no internet for the first couple months which when you work from home makes it hard to pay your mortgage. Make sure when your house is built that it’s complete. I pay the HOA every month but I can’t get keys to the amenities that I pay for and the HOA refuses to answer my calls or emails. There are a lot of home builders here in the DFW metroplex. Do yourself a favor and use a different one

TERRIBLE CRAFTMANSHIP
For the price of these homes the craftmanship is bad. Nail pops on baseboards and doors, trim work is terrible. Warranty person responds quickly to request but i'm sure he is overwhelmed by so many complaints. The one's that come and does the repairs all have an excuse and a reason why something is the way that it is, so i'm saying to myself that if you know this why not fix it the first time. Just tired of all of the small things that I can clearly see was simply neglect. Would not recommend a Bloomfield home to anyone.

Star Ranch, Godley Tx
I had the Hawthorne II built in phase II, and I must say Chet Cameron went over and beyond to make my house beautiful. He addressed all my concerns and made sure I was happy with the finish product. Francine and her team were exceptional as well. I love my Bloomfield Home and will definitely recommend family and friends to build with Bloomfield. Thank you again Chet, Francine, Paul, Lola, McKayla, you guys made my dream home come true.

Bad Craftsmanship and Bad warranty service
I purchased my home in Garden Valley Farm in the year of 2017 Dec and I thought that I had a dependable well built home. However, I was wrong, It seems to me that a expensive home would have less problems. PROBLEMS SUCH AS, Lots of nail pops, flaking cabinets and trim work is horrendous at most. The walls are not insulated enough, you can hear everyone's conversation. Lets talk about the cracks in the Garage. It took the a year to address the cracks which they did a poor job. Now I am have even more problems with plumbing and my A/C unit connected to my upstairs space, I been in the house for little bit over 4 years in December and my a A/C goes out and now the cost is on me. The warranty is a joke 2 years. If I was anyone who is looking to by a new home look else where.
