the flowers from Wesley Berry Flowers Haggerty Way in Commerce Township, MI, they sent the order to us via the FTD Mercury NetworkWe do not see the amount that the customer paid to Wesley Berry because we only fill the orderWe received the order at 11:50AM on Thursday March 17, to be delivered the same day, and unfortunately by the time the order was made and out for delivery, the business was closed when our driver arrivedWe sent a message to inform Wesley Berry Flowers bout the situation and they responded that it was ok to re-deliver the flowers on Friday (the next business day)Our designers refreshed the arrangement and it was successfully re-delivered on Friday March 18, 2016. The customer states that the arrangement was not the same quality as what they had orderedI reviewed the order with the designer and the designer’s notes and her recollection is that the order was filled as close as possible to the item ordered with minimal substitutions. The customer states that the ordered the flowers on March 15th to be delivered the same day, however we did not receive the order from Wesley Berry Flowers until Thursday March 17, at 11:50AM The customer has states that they spent $on these flowers, however Wesley Berry Flowers sent us an order for $45.-which breaks down to $for the flower arrangement and $for deliveryWe can provide a copy of the FTD order from the Mercury System upon requestIf the customer is seeking compensation, the customer must contact Wesley Berry Flowers directly since that is who they actually ordered fromTheir phone number is 248-851-We do not have access to any of the customer’s payment information.
