Bloom Lash

I payed for a class of eyelashes that cost me $ 895, I was told I would be learning how to put on eyelashes, I was told I would get a certificate that I never got and the kit that I payed for I never got it. They try to make me pay 195 more to get the kit I had a ready bought. I asked for my money back and I would send back the left over stuff from the class but never got an answer back.
