My husband received bills but I did not and now I have an account with them, and was not given the chance to rectify it.
My husband received a notice from Bloom a while back, but we took care of that issue, and made payment arrangements through the Doctor, who took the bill out of Collections. However, I NEVER received anything from Bloom. I assumed it was included in my payment arrangement with Mercy. Now, I have this Collection, which I was just served with. I had no idea.
I would like this over $2000 bill, which I thought was already included in my payment plan with ***, to be set up on a payment arrangement / payment plan. I'm able to pay $75 per month.

I simply want a payment agreement set up so I can avoid further legal issues.
Advised office of fraudulent charges submitted to my insurance. They refuse to rectify the issue.
Advised office in 2017 of a corrected claim that needed to be submitted to my insurance because the hospital they're collecting for billed for 11 units of a sonogram in error. My insurance advised me the hospital needed to submit a corrected claim and I relayed the information when they still had time to submit a corrected claim. They're now requesting the insurance provide special permission to allow corrected claim and refusing to submit a corrected claim unless they have permission. Even though they have acknowledged they are aware incorrect charges were billed.
A corrected claim needs to be submitted to my insurance regardless if they have permission. I will not request special permission since I advised them of the issue when there was still time to submit a corrected claim.
Bloom & Associates has resolved this matter internally. Due to privacy concerns we are unable to respond through this public forum. Ms. should feel free to call us.
