I joined the subscription in Jan 2020. I decided to cancel in July 2020. Here's why. I ordered 3dufferent boxes each month. They definitely take the money out the first if every month. I have to fight with customer service which is not helpful at all to get my boxes. One of the boxes I paid for 4 boxes and didn't get any until I canceled my subscription to that box because they will not refund your money. I have not gotten my last three boxes that I paid for. Customer service pretty much said oh well. They aren't even apologetic for any of it. I would have rated less than 1 if at all possible. I do not recommend.

Hi Christi. We are sorry to hear that your experience with BAM! Box wasn't what we set out for it to be. Upon further review of your account I cannot find where there were 4 boxes that were ever ordered at one time. Also looking at your account, all of your boxes were shipped within our shipping window except for a few of them on months where our shipping window was unfortunately affected as a direct relation to Covid. As we get many shipments in from all over the world for our boxes, shipping times for those have been greatly effected, particularly in the months your boxes were late. We have since been able to shorten that window and have worked hard to deliver an even better experience. As for the payments coming out on the 1st, that is something that is automated with our software as laid our in our Terms Of Service when you sign up. I have also taken this case up with our Customer Experience team to make sure we are all on the same page of delivering the experience we set out to. I hope we will get the chance to earn your business back.

I got a response saying they cannon find where I ordered 4 boxes at 1 time. That was not the case. Every month I ordered the geek box, the horror box, and the drop box. I had paid for the drop box for five months and only got 1 box. After going back and forth with customer service, them saying they will look into it. I hadn't heard anything so I canceled my subscription then all of a sudden, all boxes I paid for showed up. Now I understand about shipments being late. That's not my issue. My issue it, I had to contact customer support several times to get my boxes. I canceled the rest of my subscriptions in July because customer support was being of no help and even ignored me several times. I am still waiting on the boxes I paid for for July as well as the last big box. Customer service told me 1 of the boxes were delivered. Then gave me tracking for the big box after saying they have all been sent out. Checking the status, it was only sent out after talking to support. I then asked them about the second July box but was completely ignored. And that us what made me write this review. And to mention, never have I once gotten tracking emails like all other members. If I would have had tracking and customer service did its job, I'd still be a member and none of this would have happened.

Their lack luster shipping has resulted in two of my packages being lost in the mail. They seem to get so far behind that they can't keep up w what they sell. I skipped a box, that box still arrived and I was charged for it (I have emails and photos to prove everything stated here). They gave me a promotional box, I appreciate that for the mix up. Gamer Box 1, never came. Replacement box sent, I appreciate that. Horror Box 7, never came. I contacted the P.O., they cant find it, the mail man doesn't know anything either. I contact Bam again, no reply. I tried to file a complaint w the P.O. and because the shipment wasn't insured (by Bam) they can't do anything. I contact Bam again. I'm basically scolleded by Jon the FB messenger attendant because they will not give me a phone number, that its not Bam's fault that the packages aren't making it. Well, its sure not my fault. I paid for it and am not getting it. Maybe it's Bams fault, maybe the Post office, regardless its not my fault.

My opinion, skip these folks. They testify how much they love their customers, maybe you treat them that way instead.

I subscribed to this service may 11th and was promised delivery of a back to the future box by middle of june latest july 1st here it is july 21st and they owe me this box and 2 smaller boxes both of them at 40.00 a piece
All of there responses are excuses or I'm being told sorry even though you subscribed and want to cancel your screwed out of your money

Hi ***. We are sorry to hear that your experience with BAM! Box wasn't what we set out for it to be. Checking over your account I can see you ordered our BAM! Big Box - Back To The Future edition. That box was slotted to go out between the middle and and of June like you mentioned. Unfortunately we ran into some delays due to Covid and got the box out as soon as we could. During this time we continued to update via email, our social channels and our weekly live events. Regarding the other two boxes, those were also unfortunately delayed due to Covid. I can see all have been delivered. Our shipping is now currently back on track and we hope to get the chance to earn your business back.

I had and issue and asked to speak with upper management numerous times and they refused to talk to me. I had to ask for a refund more than 4 times. Sent a physical letter to the co-CEO and have not heard back. They even failed to give me the product that was advertised. They failed to make it right.

We have a Customer Experience team setup to be able to handle all of our support tickets that come in. We aren't setup to be able to get in touch with our CEO. I can see that all of your packages have been delivered after checking each tracking number. I looked through each of the support tickets that came in and it seems our Customer Experience team was able to answer each of your questions. Again, I am sorry that your experience wasn’t what we set out to deliver and hope that if you were to get a BAM! Box in the future that we can deliver the ultimate collector’s experience like we strive to.

It is possible this business is a scam. They took payment and failed to deliver what was promised. When I complained to the Company, their response was to essentially tell me I was out of luck and that they would offer me free shipping on a future order.

I ordered the Horror Box because I liked the theme but I regret it now. I only liked one thing out of everything in the box and that makes me mad that I paid money for something so worthless. It took forever to get the box so I had to skip the next month to not get charged. After I received the box and realized I didn't like it I cancelled the box. Somehow that cancellation never went through and I got charged again. I know that I went through the cancellation process because when I had to do it the second time after getting charged again, I remember what it looked like and the questions they asked about why I was cancelling. When I messaged them all they told me is that it never showed up on their end. I just told them the next box I get will go straight in the trash and to never expect to receive and money from me again!

It is a total rip off! TOTAL RIP OFF!
I got three pieces of fan art a pin and a replica necklace.
The fan art is why I’m angry, I could have gotten something like this WAY cheaper at my local comicon.
DO NOT waste your money.
I’ve contacted them about a refund for another box I have paid for but haven’t received, I will file a complaint if they won’t give me one. Because this is nothing but a company that will take your money and give you mediocre things. I read something on reddit saying they got a beanie baby one month...

Hi Lorinda. We are sorry to hear that your experience with BAM! Box wasn't what we set out for it to be. I checked your account and notice you purchased our Geek box for the month of May. All of our boxes feature a celebrity autograph, fan-art, fan-pins and either props, collectibles or comics. Our whole business model is to deliver Comicon in a box to you. The artist that month is a well known artist on the Comicon circuit. The celebrity was Townsend Coleman who is the original voice of Michelangelo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (amongst many other roles). If you look at what the contents alone in the box would cost for you picking them up individually at a local Comicon you can see we are working hard to give you way beyond your value for a sub $30 Geek box. We have since also added Beckett as an authentication service in every box for each autograph (which is a $20 value alone). I hope we will get the chance to earn your business back.

Total scam, I was looking for a new subscription service they took the money from my account and sent a welcome email then I was unable to log in to my account, the customer service is horrible the one time they managed to get back too me they said they cant find my account they asked to see where money was pulled from my account and the confirmation email which I sent to them have not heard back since.
