Blizzard

Blizzard owns a subscription based gaming service. I have spent hundreds of dollars on their games and they apparently made any Avenue of support virtually impossible to reach out to.
I lost my login credentials and there is a series of circular menu options that eventually link you to a page that suggests customers 'DIY' the problem (Do it yourself). The trouble ticket options are the same, the "live chat" screen simply opens and remains blank for hours... no person actually shows up. And they have a 'callback" system Implemented that they have completely hidden from view, which is the only recourse for a customer service line that HANGS UP ON CUSTOMERS!
How am I supposed to get a hold of this company that I spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on their service?
I can't connect via phone, email, chat, web based support... and they deliberately structured their support to behave like this!
