Review: I received a sweatshirt from Kathy Navin 2-3 months ago and it was the wrong size. I returned it within 2 days of receiving it. I still have not received the correct sweatshirt or refund. The sweatshirt cost $65.00 dollars. I have made numerous attempts to call or txt this person. On the business cell phone (you as the buyer cannot leave a message), there is an instruction to leave a txt only. Half of the time she does not return your messages. When she does return your messages she makes excuses as to why she has not delivered your product, such as: bad cell service, out of town, no transportation, or promises a refund or product replacement. She has promised a product replacement and I have not received it or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of 65.00 or a universal xl black blinged sweatshirt.
