Review: My husband and I first contacted Mr. Bl[redacted] on March 1, 2012 to file a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. We paid Mr. B[redacted] 1,100 dollars at that time. We found out that the sale of our home was canceled before Mr. B[redacted] filed. In fact he was still preparing the papers for court. He said that was great news and that we could just contact him when we needed him to file. We emailed back and forth for the first 6 months, with questions about the sale, the mortgage company and what we should be doing. He answered each email back. I then emailed him once in 2013 and again in 2014 to let him know of the situation I did not receive a response back. This year I have emailed him and his website along with 3 phone calls to the business and have not heard anything back. Our home is to be sold on September 8th. and it would really be helpful if Mr. Bl[redacted] would file our chapter 13 that we paid for back in March of 2012 like he said he would do. I do have the receipt and the email exchanges.Desired Settlement: We would like Mr. Bl[redacted] to file our Chapter 13 before the foreclosure of our home on Sept 8th. If he is not willing to do so I would like our money returned to us so that we are able to find an attorney that will.
