September 2015Dear Sirs,Reference your letter of September, pertaining to a complaint ID ***I have contacted *** *** **, apologized for the actions of my employee and given her a full credit for the price of the serviceShe seemed satisfied with this and the fact I told her about my
talk to my employees.Additionally I have talked to all my employees, reminding them about the requirements for hygiene, sanitizing their stations, proper customer relations, that they must be respectful to the customers at all times and that disrespect to customers will not be tolerated and could get them firedI have also spoken directly to the offending employee about her behavior and need to better reduce any residual odors from her smoking habit while at work and dealing withcustomers.I hope this will allow the closure of this complaint.Sincerely,Hopun S
