Review: I have ordered a complete brake set and cabin filter from the business above about 3 month ago. When I installed the filter I noticed that it was about an inch larger than the original and didn't fit. I have made pictures I contacted the business and finally I received a refund for it. About 8 weeks ago I installed all the brakes and I have ordered the most expensive ones that they recommend , zinc coated, rust proof, high performance and who knows what, here is there description: [redacted] . In a few days I begin to notice that some rust spots started to appear on them. In the beginning I was not to concern , because it was only on the spots where the pads touches the rotors. In about 6 weeks those rust parts extended everywhere and now the whole rotors are rusted away, especially in the U slot and the sides. This is a very important safety concern and they do look horrible on the car.

I have taken pictures of them and send them to the business above , but they are completely ignoring me. No answer from them for more than a week now.

I have all the receipts, e-mail confirmations and pictures available for further proof.Desired Settlement: I definitely desire a full refund for this brakes since I and my dealership consider them unsafe. I am looking for a refund for the parts only, I will cover the labor for changing the brakes again.
