I placed an order on August 29, 2020 and even paid for expedited shipping. I have not received my product nor does this business have a working phone number. It is automated and goes to voicemail. I have sent 2 emails and have called and left 5 messages for an update. No response. I paid over $100 including shipping.
Customer provided incorrect ZIP code (*** instead of ***) Due to covid19 our supplier took time to realized it and requested more information about the sender. Since the time spent was quite long and the product was not sent, we agree to refund the transaction. We will be happy to serve the customer with a discount coupon if he likes to start a new order.
