Review: I order some hoodies; white polo shirts;long sleeve shirts and 12 v- neck shirts, received everthing except the 12 v-neck, he said [redacted] signed for it, which he did but was given 1 box which was the hoodies, no v-necks, I received 3 orders 3 different days we never received two boxes @ a time because they say its coming from different warehouses, but I been charged for it $46.08, my uncle is in a wheelchair, he's paralyzed,not irresponsible, each time only one box came, I was here all 3 times, down stairs in studio, they have 3 tracking #, but I have 4 different orders, they charge me for items they never sent me, I only counted the items, haven't been used, willing to send everything back, since I didn't receive my shirts don't want none of it, they not answering, can't send email, it comes right back as if its blocked, you think I'll go thru all this for $46.08, no I really didn't receive my 12 shirts and I want them or my $, and willing to return all items, I've debt with better companies, never went thru nothing like this!Desired Settlement: I rather have the shirts, I've gotten everything but that, then I know not to ever deal with their company again, I never had to chase a company for less than fifty dollars!

Customer was verbally abusive and unreasonable, despite the fact that we bent over backwards and go OUTSIDE OF COMPANY POLICY to resolve their concern. There is no way we could have handled this issue to the customers' satisfaction.
