I ordered a sweatshirt hoodie on January 6th 2020 from this company and it has yet to be delivered . I have emailed 3 times with no response asking where my product is and for tracking number . I have also called and it goes to voicemail with no company name on voicemail or recording and no return call . I have the order number and it still says in processing but they have already taken the 59 dollars out of my bank account when it was ordered. I either want my product ASAP or my refund .
