Blacktop Unlimited is an all-around outstanding company, starting with Tommy who estimated the job, to the respectful crew that completed the work to the courtesy office staffTheir prices were extremely reasonableI had four companies bid on the job and Blacktop Unlimited’s prices were the lowestThe workers were the nicest group of guys, they were always on time and did an excellent jobThe office staff was professional in returning all of my calls - Denise and Rachael kept me updated and took their time to explain the entire processBut I was most impressed by the company's integrityThroughout the job I had a number of changes that not only took more time but also required more materialsWhen the job was completed and I questioned how much more I was going to be charged the owner, Anthony, told me they were minor changes and there was no extra chargeIt was a pleasure working with Blacktop Unlimited, I would highly recommend them

Contractor Max has always been on time and does fast and through sealant work
Also, scheduling with Jen was very pleasant
Finally, cost of the work is extremely reasonable

Blacktop Unlimited just finished my double driveway, professional and addressed all my concerns from the Ladies in the office to the Gentlemen Joe that did a Great job. Completely satisfied.

Anthony's team came to seal coat our driveway and power wash our decking. They were able to fit us in the schedule quickly because we were having an event at the house. They went above and beyond and did an amazing job. We will be using them yearly and recommending them to all of our friends and family.

Two appointments and never showed up for either.

I am extremely happy with this company and the service provided. The work was done to perfection. I will definitely call on them when our driveway needs a fresh coat- I've already referred them to all my neighbors.

All was good and fast

I have used this company several times in the past for blacktop seal coating, blacktop installation, power washing, and most recently for a large driveway paver job. They have always been prompt, neat and professional. I was amazed how quickly the paver job was completed and I was thrilled with the results. I could not recommend a contractor more highly.

I have been a builder of homes for many years and dealt with many contractors. This company calls when they say they will and arrives promptly doing a neat suburb job. I have alreaddy referred them to all of my neighbors and friends. I also have referred them to both of my daughters which I think speaks a lot for how I trust them.

Review: Blacktop Unlimited was hired to seal our driveway. They let the black sealant drip on the brickwork adjacent to the driveway. We called them immediately to have them clean it up before it dried. They kept telling us they would send someone. After numerous calls and promises that it would be taken care of they came and powerwashed the brick 2 weeks later. They removed most of the sealant, but the brickwork is still stained.Desired Settlement: We want Blacktop Unlimited to completely remove the stains from the brick. We want the brick to look the way it did before they poured sealant on it.

Review: The contractor spilled tar all over my garage door and siding when seal coating my driveway in 2013. The contractor attempted to clean the damage area but caused additional damage by discoloring the white garage door and siding. The damaged door and discolored siding were replaced due to their negligence. The damages by far outweighed the coast of the $190.00 seal coat. The owner Anthony F[redacted] was advised of these damages and the matter was closed. Now in 2015, his staff if harassing me for the invoice. I repaired over $800 in damages to my house. I did not requests reimbursement from the contractor but this matter was supposed to have been closed. I would like this company to stop harassing me. This is very poor business practices. They should be held accountable for offering such poor service.Desired Settlement: I would like this company never to contact me again as the matter was resolved in 2013 when they damaged my home. I did not hold them accountable for the damages which were by far greater than their invoice. They settled on closing the matter and they are now going back on their agreement.
