We have had similar issues as the other reviews indicate. He fleeced my father for over 30,000$ and never finished the job. And then we ended up with a lean on our house because he wasnt paying his subtrades. There are dozens of victims in sooke alone and the rcmp are actively investigating him. Please beware.

We hired a contractor to do a job, after questions about permits and timelines he quit stating we had to many questions, kept our money that we paid for a custom door and will not return money. Custom door order was canceled as confirmed by place of order. Contractor refuse to return money without our acceptance to sign a non disclosure. Rcmp called to advise him it is blackmail to make us sign form and return of money is required and contractor refuses still.
