Review: I wire transferred $20200 to Blackstone offroad on 2-**-14 as the payment for a 1973 International Scout and a restomod rebuild.Per e-mail and phone conversations it was discussed this would take 4-6 months to complete with invoices coming every two weeks for completed work. It was also discussed due to distance he would send pictures and keep detailed records for me of the build. As of Oct [redacted] 2014 (over 7 months) there have be no invoices sent and no proof that the vehicle has been worked on. The few occasions I have been able to contact [redacted] he has apologized and promised things would change. On Aug [redacted] I spoke to [redacted] and he promised a new build sheet and contract by 8-**-14 which I never received. On 8-**-14 [redacted] sent an e-mail stating he would return my money in 4 installments of $5000 each beginning on 8-**-14. It is 10-*-14 and he hasn't made any payments and now is not even returning calls.Desired Settlement: $20200 returned in full and I will mail title back
