False advertisement. My signature was forged on documents without my knowledge
I am a business owner. I had signed up to use the company service for processing of credit card transactions processing for my store. Upfront I was told there wasn't any contract. I would only be using a pay as you go for the use of services for the company. I was told if I use their services I would be charged, but if I do not use the services I wouldn't be charged. I was going over my documents a few months a go and I saw monthly payments of $81.00 was being charged to my business account. I called to inquire about it and was told I had a contract which I never agreed upon. I informed them that Ive never signed any paperwork and was told that I did when I know this was false information. They forwarded me the documents and saw that someone had signed my name on the documents without my consent. I asked how can I resolve this matter so I continue to be charged the monthly fee of $81, and I was then told that I would have to pay an amount of $250 to cancel the bogus contract. I've called multiple times and has not received any help from anyone. The reps are very rude unprofessional and verbally abusive towards me. This is a very unfair situation and I wish to have this matter resolved as soon as possible. This has been occurring for approximately 1 year now and has been highly frustrating for me.

I assisted *** (owner) of *** LLC cancel his merchant service account with Pay Safe (current merchant service provided). His account was not under Blackstone Merchant Services. Confirmed that his account was closed on 06/28/19 by Pay Safe and that they waived the $250.00 early termination fee.
Confirmed with Mr. that in fact they closed his account and they didn't charge him month end fee's for June 2019 or $250 early termination fee. As requested by owner on 07/05/18 I emailed confirmation that his account was closed on 06/28/19.
"Blackstone Merchant Services, Inc. is the point of sale company that we had the first year of business which resulted in a very bad experience: for one thing, they charged over $800 for the activation of the service without any authorization, the money was just debited from the account. After several complaints without any response we decided not to renew the contract.
Although the account had been cancelled, they again debited $237 for no reason and without our authorization.
Definitely you cannot have a business ally that defrauds its clients.
We are now being much better serviced by a new company."
