Purchased a remanufactured engine with core charge. Returned the core and have yet to receive the refund. Have been told 3 times a check is on it's way to me. Which everytime has been false. Last request I asked for tracking and sent me a picture of a tracking tag that was never mailed with usps. Returned core on Aug 21st have signed tracking that they took delivery from Yrc freight. They either do not answer calls or email me back saying check is in mail.

Refund I would like the total core charge of 1800 dollars refunded in a check or back onto my credit card. Originally ***'s seceratary told me in a phone conversation everything checked good and core refund would b issued on September 11th. *** then told me on a later date that part of the core was damaged and I would only be getting $1000 which is incorrect according to their website. I do not believe the core was damaged as I inspected it before I returned it.
His refund was sent via USPS, tracking # *** US. The tracking info shows that it was delivered today.
