October 2014 -brought BMW in for inspection, and paid for the inspection but decided not to have the $3,000 + estimated 'work' done. 'Clerk' seemed miffed at the declination, and said he would bring my car around. He rolls my car to the door, and I stood there shocked at the condition of it - smoke was heavily pouring out of the tailpipe, and I could not get any explanation from him about it other than saying "it's just that bad" - really?, it was not doing that when I left it there the day before. I think maybe his integrity was 'just that bad'. I drove to a local market and got out and checked everything out and discovered someone (employee) had poured oil into the hot tailpipe to make it smoke. I had to drive around the back streets of Nolensville Road for 45 minutes to try and burn it off so I could make it home without getting pulled over. It took me about 16 seconds to assume this was a scare tactic to make me panic and pay for the outrageous repairs. By far, the worst experience of ANY auto maintenance shop I've ever visited. They assumed I was single and it was my only vehicle because I requested a rental. Easy victim. Wrong - I'm married and have 2 other vehicles. Beware of the slick, sporty matching polo shirts the 'team' wears. Team of what? I'm not sure.
