I purchased a *** - Black for $42.99 plus shipping and taxes that came out to $50.98 on February 21, 2020, from Blackout Vapors. on February 26, 2020, I get an email saying that my order has been refunded. This is my Order #***.
I paid the higher shipping rate to have the item sent in 3-5 days and they waited for the entire 5 days before sending an email to tell me the order had been refunded and now, they are have not actually sent me the refund of my $50.98 I opened two tickets with them, one asking why my order was refunded and when I went back to the item itself, they are "mysteriously out of stock" when I had watched the site for the last few months until I had the extra money to buy the item. It never changed. Now, there's no item and they still have my money. And for whatever reason, the actual transaction did not go through until February 24, 2020, but on their site, it says February 21, 202o.
Hi, and thank you for taking the time to explain everything so well. I will attach a screenshot of the refund being issued on the 26th, a second screenshot showing a message being sent on the 24th to the email that was attached to the order informing her we are actually out of stock on the item and if she would be ok with a replacement or if she would prefer a refund. After getting no response, we issued the refund on the 26th and then received an email from her from a different email address and the 3rd screen shot shows our conversation with her. The last screenshot is a picture of her information that she left. Lastly I want to apologize to her again for any inconvenience, I see that she was very eager to get an *** and has waited such a long time, and I honestly hope she finds it for an even better price then we had it listed for. If she still hasn't received the refund back into her account yet, I'd be happy to call out CC processor to see why. If there is anything else I can do please let me know and thank you again for taking the time to help us with this.
