I saw that they had a special promotion on AirBnB gift cards and decided to purchase some for an upcoming trip The order went through, and so did the payment on my American Express card hours later, Gift Card Mall had cancelled my purchase for so called "security reasons." I made the purchase, I used a credit card I own, and the transaction was authorized/payment went through To this day, I do not understand what the problem is Send an email to their customer service and it took them more than two days to reply - i.ethe reply came after the promotion on that particular card endedPoor customer service all around Will not repeat
