Black Pods

Upon receiving the black pods, I charged them for several hours because they were dead. When I opened the lid for the first time to pair them to my phone, I was able to connect very quickly, HOWEVER, I noticed that the charge level on the airpods was not 100%. There should be no reason that after hours of charging they shouldn't be fully charged. SO, I put them back in the box and charged them for another 30 minutes. Again As I opened the lid, the charge indicator on my phone showed an varied battery charge level. I immediately emailed the company and told them what was going on. No response. I went back onto their social media page on facebook and sent them a message, No response. I then found a contact form on their website filled it out and someone by the name of Emma finally wrote back after a couple of days and gave me troubleshooting steps. I followed the troubleshooting steps and they still did not hold a charge. I sent another message asking for a return ticket. I was told that they will not process a return, regardless if I received a defective product. Even though they claim to pursue a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This seems very much like a scam to take my 40 dollars or just plain HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.
