Black Ops Seal Coating

Under new ownership, great guys running the business. My driveway looks great!

Company provided asphalt sealing to a 1 year old blacktop driveway at my home on 9/28/2018. A weather related issue caused the sealant to "wash away" on most of the driveway and onto the concrete apron. I called them, they came out and examined the run-off in October 2018; I was given assurances that it was too late in the season to attempt a repair, but they would place me on the list for the Spring of 2019. There was no follow-up. In June of 2019 I called and spoke with Sean, he remembered me and the situation. Apologized for not getting back to me and assured me that they would place me on their schedule and be out in about 2-3 weeks. The Spring had been very rainy and they were backed up. I agreed. I have heard nothing since then; I called and left a Voice Message on September 9th, 2019. To date there has been no contact.
