Black List Automotive

I purchased a 2004 Lexus Rx 330 from Blacklist Automotive LLC in Nampa,Id. I test drove the Vehicle 2 times and questioned the car lot owner about the brakes. He assured me that ALL Lexus vehicles have the same brake and that nothing was wrong with the brakes. He even said he confirmed it with another Lexus car owner. After trusting him and purchasing this Lexus for almost 4,800.00 cash I found out the dealer lied. I told him I was a single person and needed a dependable Vehicle. I took the Lexus to the Toyota dealer in Nampa,Id and was told it needs major work and is not safe to drive. A huge list of problems. Rack and pinion. Brakes. valve cover gasket. radiator leak. struts, catalytic converter. (So how is it going to pass emissions) etc. Was told to fix everything it would cost a little over 6,000.00 but can be road ready if I fix part Of the problems for a little over 3,000. I am on a limited income and I am old and saved up for a car. There should be a law to protect a buyer. All the dealer said was Vehicles are always sold as is. and that no warning light was on when I bought it or test drove it. Warning lights do not always come on right away.Please stay away from this dealer.
